Cancel / Change Order
At Craigsfriend, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make order modification or cancellation as smooth and transparent as possible while ensuring every customer’s satisfaction.
Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours after placing it, provided it hasn’t yet been processed or shipped. Once your order is in the shipping stage, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Changing Order Details
To modify your shipping address, size, or item selection, please contact our customer service team immediately. Changes can only be made before your order has entered the packaging stage.
After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for possible return options after receiving your item.

How to Request a Change
