All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect confirmed orders.

We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or pricing errors.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment verification.
• Transit Time: Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days via UPS or FedEx Ground.
• Shipping Coverage: We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
• Delivery Risk: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, email us photos within 72 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Exchanges

• Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and include proof of purchase.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item.
• Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank may take 3–5 additional business days to post the credit.
• Exchanges: We only offer exchanges for defective products, incorrect items shipped, or manufacturer sizing errors. For a different size or style, please place a new order.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is owned by craigsfriend.com or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
